At a speed of 9.6 m/min, the "P 500" machine cuts perfectly, cleanly, true to size and with a straight cutting edge:
all fiber materials as well as rubber (Shore hardness A 40-90°), conveyor belts, leather, cardboard, pressboard, felt, cork, cut-resistant plastics and other materials that can be cut.

The circular blade is driven by a powerful 400 V three-phase motor (50 Hz), with reversible direction of rotation, for extending the blade for cuts etc. Other voltages and frequencies on request.
During the cutting process, the material to be cut is severed in a single cut. The cutting width is produced with absolute dimensional accuracy by means of a side stop.
